Mentoring for Growth

The primary thrust of this program is to focus on the organisation of the P&L Business Unit.

Often leaders of organisations have to focus on several areas of their business. A business unit leader or a CEO is inundated with information from the various divisions or functions within the organisation. At times the demands of various functions can be at odds with one another. Finance may wish to cut costs while marketing demands more budgets.

Taking a holistic view of the business, this program focuses on figuring out every single facet of the business and reducing them into tractable processes and metrics in order to maintain a clear understanding for transparent decision-making.
